Loma Vista Farm's Fall 2008 Harvest Festival & Craft Fair - October 18, 2008
Come to Loma Vista Farm on Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for our Fall Harvest Festival & Craft Fair. Mark your calendar! Bring your children, grandchildren, friends, relatives, and neighbors and have fun with the animals and activities. Learn more about the invaluable educational opportunities the Farm provides to the children in our area. Refreshments booth hosted by the Vallejo Elks Lodge #559. Again this year, Kaiser Permanente is partnering with Loma Vista Farm and will have a Healthy Eating/Cooking Booth at the Farm. Events are being offered at Loma Vista Farm. Activities Planned:

And be sure to visit this years prized star on the farm Curly the Alpaca! Curly has adjusted well to her new home at Loma Vista Farm over the past months.
The Vallejo City Unified School District provides this announcement as a public service to parents. Parents are encouraged to make their own evaluation of the program if it interest them.

This year, for the first time, Loma Vista Farm is expanding its annual Pumpkin Sales event to last the entire month of October. In past year's we sold many pumpkins at the Harvest Festival, and this year to look forward to record sales on October 18th again during the Harvest Festival. To better accommodate our many Farm supports and teachers, we're opening the farm up on every Saturday during October 2008 to sell pumpkins from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Of course you can enjoy visiting all the farm animals while shopping for pumpkins on any Saturday during the pumpkin sale times.
